Ingredients
  • 14 Water
  • 1 King Crab Legs
  • 5 Golden Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Andouille Sausage
  • 2 Corn
  • 3 Lemon
  • 1/2 Deveined/Peeled Shrimp
  • 16 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Kerrygold works well)
  • 12 Garlic
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1.5 teaspoon Old Bay
  • 1.5 teaspoon Creole
  • 1 Parsley
Instructions
  1. Seafood Boil
    1. Cut 2 lemons into quarters. Slice the remaining lemon into wedges and set aside for garnish.
    2. In a large pot, combine 14-16 cups of water with the quartered lemons, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and onion. Bring to a boil.

    3. Halve the potatoes and add them to the pot. Cook for 8 minutes or until they are tender.

    4. Add the crab and corn to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

    5. Finally, add the shrimp and sausage and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

    6. Drain the seafood mixture from the pot and set it aside.

  2. Garlic Butter Seafood Sauce
    1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
    2. Sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant, approximately 3 minutes.

    3. Stir in Creole seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, and onion powder.

    4. Add freshly diced parsley and remove from heat.

    5. Pour the sauce over the seafood or into a serving dish and enjoy!
